This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Cruxian Media LLC ("Cruxian Media," "we," "us") considers refund requests from clients. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.

General Policy

All service fees paid to Cruxian Media LLC are generally non-refundable. This reflects the nature of our work — significant resources, including strategic planning, personnel time, and technology licenses, are committed upon project initiation and cannot be recovered once deployed.

Advertising Spend

Cruxian Media does not retain or control ad spend funds deployed directly into third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn). All advertising spend is subject to the refund and credit policies of those respective platforms. If unspent funds remain in a client's ad account upon termination of services, the client retains full access to and ownership of those funds through the relevant platform's account controls.

Agency Service Fees

Monthly retainer and project-based management fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. This includes fees for campaign management, strategy, content production, and consulting services. If a project is cancelled before commencement of work, a full credit toward future services may be issued at the sole discretion of Cruxian Media management.

Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Cruxian Media failed to initiate or deliver a contracted service within the agreed timeframe due to internal error.
  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurred due to administrative fault.
  • A service was cancelled in writing within 48 hours of initial payment and before any work commenced.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To submit a refund request, contact our billing team at contact@cruxianmedia.com with your company name, invoice number, and a clear description of the issue. All requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
